Griefing – We do not allow pointless griefing, the only exception to this if your besieging another faction or players base which could have walls and structures to prevent attackers from entering. Pointless griefing with no reason will result in the below punishments. First offence – Jail 30 minutes. Second Offence – Temp Ban 2 weeks Third Offence – Perm Ban
Dragon Use – Players are allowed to obtain dragons, however we do have some rules which will apply to using dragons. The following is not allowed for fairly obvious reasons; Using your dragons to essentially grief the landscape or other players bases for no reason e.g using fire or ice blasts constantly destroying everything. This is allowed only when in battles. If you use it outside of battle to destroy the land and grief locations you will get the following punishments. First Offence – Jail 15 minutes Second Offence – 30 Minutes in Jail Third Offence – Temp Ban for 2 weeks, depending on how severe this action is you could even be perm banned.
Hacks or abuse of systems – We do not allow hacks or the abuse/exploit of systems to get an unfair advantage. If you’re caught using hacks or abusing systems especially with us using a modpack, you will receive either a long term temp ban, but in most cases players caught doing this will be perm banned.

Raiding/Battles – If your nation/faction goes to war with another, the one rule we go by is not revenge killing. This simply put means that if your faction goes to war with another, commencing an attack everyone in your faction may attack the enemy, however bare in mind once you die in the attack you may not attack or go near the enemy territory until it has been 24 hours (in game time) since your last attack. This stops players from simply respawning and going back to attack instantly. This allows us to simulate players sending waves of attacks at one another which could or may not ware the opponent down resulting in a win or a loss in the end. Players caught not waiting 24 hours (in game time) and instantly returning to their enemy will get the following punishments, this includes setting a temp home close to their base to re-attack. A faction can make an outpost as a staging post for attack, but it must not be too close to the base (Example: anything further away than 200 blocks should be OK, on flat plains it may be best to be just out of sight) Punishments for breaking rules of Raiding and Battles. First Offence – Jail Time 20 Minutes. Second Offence – Jail Time 1 Hour. Third Offence – Temp Ban/Ban
Mob Spawn Farms – Due to the nature of the server and the multiple mods included, we in no way allow mob spawn farms. You may have a farm but do not spam your animals out as this causes a lot of issues across the world, which is huge and have a huge variety of animals populating it already so you should not need a mob spawn farm in order to find them. Punishments, First Offence – Jail Time 30 minutes Second Offence – Temp Ban 1 week Third Offence – Perm Ban
